The Barry’s workout takes place in the unique Red Room studio, with programmes – 25 mins of cardio intervals + 25 mins of strength and conditioning – designed to tone muscle, burn up to 1,000 calories per session and spike the metabolism for up to 48 hours post-workout.
Barry’s has over 80 locations worldwide and counting, from Los Angeles to New York, Milan to London, Dubai to Toronto – and Sydney to Singapore.
Fitness & Lifestyle Group acquired the rights to launch its first Barry’s location in 2018. It now has three studios in Sydney, one in Melbourne and two in Singapore.
