The new functionality not only streamlines the experience for existing members but also simplifies the joining process for new members.

Digital access innovation drives 93% uptake at Jetts New Zealand + Zap Fitness

Fitness & Lifestyle Group (FLG)has completed the rollout of proprietary new digital access technology across the 137 clubs of Zap Fitness and Jetts Fitness New Zealand. The new functionality not only streamlines the experience for existing members –225,000 members can now access their gym 24/7 with just a tap of their mobile phone – but also simplifies the joining process for new members.

In the space of four weeks, 93 per cent of the member base is already using the new functionality, with 1.73 million entries via digital access logged to date.
